I began babysitting when I was 16 for my neighbor who had a 6-month-old baby and continued caring for her until I graduated from high school. I moved to Arizona after graduation to attend Arizona State University where I completed my bachelors in Business and Communication as well as a minor in Family Studies/Child Development. In college I was a nanny for a family with twin girls and one boy. Of all of my jobs in college this was the most rewarding as I could directly correlate what I was studying with real life experiences. I was fortunate enough to intern with a non-profit in Scottadale, Arizona for my last semester of college that served at-risk youth. At this job I dedicated my time to mentoring children 3-12 once a week, and planned and managed a sports camp that would benefit children in-need. I really enjoy children of all ages and would love to continue working with kids before I begin my career.
