I am a stay at home mom to my 3-month-old son and LOVE my job as mommy! I am looking to care for one other child, in my home or yours. I have extensive previous experience in babysitting when I was much younger (high school and college) but have not provided much child care since as I worked full- time outside the home, until I had my son. Previously, I provided childcare for many families on call, including overnight care. I also spent a summer babysitting for a family of five boys, 40 hours a week, and have volunteered many hours caring for children during Sunday School and evening church programs. I have a Bachelor's degree from Grace College, where I studied Counseling and Sociology and took child care/child psychology classes. I love having the opportunity to work with children by providing learning opportunities and memorable experiences and find it interesting to study child development. I also enjoy cooking and cleaning and am willing to do this plus extra tasks for families whenever needed. During most of the time, my son will be with me, but I am very good at multitasking and providing a safe and attentive environment for multiple children at the same time.
