My name is Jaylene B. I've been working with children for the past 11 years. My greatest pleasure in working with children is to watch them actively engaging in play. In my observation of children I've found that they want to share their discoveries with adults. I have had many opportunities to plan and organize appropriate learning activities for children under the age of 8 years old. I've worked in both a paid and volunteer position. I will always consider the needs of the children who are in my care, I'm also very flexible.

My goal is to complete my college education within the next 2 years. I practice conservation, respect nature and have a love for animals especially horses. I enjoy sharing my passions with children.
