I have 7+ years experience in babysitting, house sitting and dog sitting. My family and I have always had dogs in our family, so I am very familiar with all sorts of breeds and the care they may need. I have a strong passion for animals, and I absolutely love kids! I'm the go-to person for last-minute babysitting. I have experience in cleaning, making light meals for children and following strict diets/medicines for both children and animals. I have 6+ years experience in senior care. I lived with my grandparents to care for my ill grandfather. Lifting a 250 lb. man back and forth gave me good handling and assisting techniques, making me a great asset for elders who need help moving around, using the restroom, etc. I also helped care for a friend's grandparents, particularly her grandmother who had emphysema, so she needed help with medicine, running errands, etc. I learned landscaping and lawn care while caring for her and her husband. Right now, I attend Joliet Junior College full-time. I'm looking for some part-time work and employers willing to work around my school schedule.
