I have worked as a massage therapist and a nail technician at a large spa while pursuing my BA and in the past school year my M. A. T. I am a substitute teacher in Eliot, Maine. I have completed half of my student teaching with grades K-5. I have 4 years experience in the retail sales industry. I worked at an after school day care center and summer camp with children ages 5-11. I have babysat children on and off since I was 12 years old.
From my schooling, retail and customer service experience, I possess a wide range of skills. Working during my high school and college degrees I gained substantial interpersonal relationship skills and an in-depth understanding of the retail industry, child care and the spa/wellness fields. These skills also include universal computer proficiency, Microsoft Word, Excel, Macintosh, the internet; research, etc. I have outstanding communication abilities in person and on the phone. I also have studied abroad learning and living in an unfamiliar country, I have done housekeeping work and have worked food preparation and dish-washed in a busy restaurant.
