Janet was great with our infant daughter. She worked for us for two months until my daughter went to school, when she was 7 months to 9 months. She is very sweet and very attentive, and was very informed through the Baby 411 book and through her experience as a mother and grandmother. If you are looking for another grandmother (and expert gardener!) she would be great!
