Between 2005 and 2008, I worked for a learning center in Basehor, KS as a teacher's aide. There, I worked with children of all ages and assisted teachers with the daily operations of the center and in the implementation of educational and recreational activities for the children. Most recently, I have been a sitter for twin 5-year-old girl in Leavenworth, KS for the past year. As their sitter, I have helped them to prepare for kindergarten by creating activities and learning opportunities to help them to learn their ABC's and numbers. I have also assisted them in learning to begin to write and do simple math. I also have a strong desire to teach and have a Masters degree in Education.
