I was a Day Care Assistant at a Day Care in Wake, VA for a little over two years. There, I implemented positive character training skills in the children, assisted the children with their everyday needs, tutored school aged children and monitored behavior. Also, on days that the daycare was not open or if a parent needed a babysitter at night, I would gladly welcome the children into my home. I was a volunteer camp counselor at my local YMCA for three years. I am comfortable with children from the ages of 1-12.
