We are a military family, have 3 boys and recently moved here from Northwest Indiana. I am a Nurse and just started my new Job with a local hospital. I called Jade for an interview and left a message with her voicemail. I received a return call within 10 minutes and scheduled an interview with her the very next day. She arrived on time- with a smile on her face, had excellent manners, had a professional appearance, and reliable transportation. During the interview she asked great questions, was up front about her schedule and availability-knew what days she would be available for and fair with her childcare rates. Throughout the interview I was impressed by her GENUINE friendly & warm disposition. She has a well thought-out plan for her future and has already executed a plan to attend Nichols University - to whom she recently accepted a scholarship from. The boys all seemed to like her during the interview so we scheduled a trial-day that she could come watch the boys for a few hours to see how things would work for everyone. For the trial day, she called the day before to confirm the time and to be sure things were still as scheduled. She arrived on time and again with a smile as well as a kept appearance. The boys all LOVED Jade!!!!! She played with them and fed them when they were hungry and maintained the house. She made cookies with them, played hide and go seek, built forts with our 3.5 year old son and again maintained the house. She also communicated promptly upon me checking in and or if she had questions while we were out - which was reassuring for the both of us. Since then, we have used her again and would love to just keep her for our nanny. Our boys actually asked us if we would go away again so she could stay longer. My husband and I were apprehensive about using babysitters instead of a daycare but so far the experience has been positive and we Thank Jade for that! We definitely would recommend her for childcare. Again, we would love to keep Jade for our Nanny! Thank you Jade! Your welcome back in our home any time! :)
