I have been working with children and adolescents for 8 years. It is something that I truly enjoy. My previous and longest job was at an elementary school. I taught and supervised in the after school program there for 5 years. Being with kids makes me happy and I do all that I can to bring them joy, teach them about themselves, the world and others. I have experience working with kids in the school setting as well as a lot of babysitting and nanny experiences. A lot of the kids I babysat were from work and the rest were references from parents, coworkers and family.

I have a BA in Human Development with an early childhood option and another BA in Sociology. While in school I was vice-president of a student organization called Women of Success for 3 years so I have a lot of experiences with putting on events for adults and children.

I am very outgoing, caring, open, upbeat, positive and a little silly. Playing and bonding with children comes naturally. I don't have any kids of my own but I am the kind of person children really bond, connect and grow with. One way or another I am to change the lives of children in a positive way and make them smile.
