Aside from being a long term substitute teacher for the past year, I have had over 10 years experience caring for children as a nanny, and a private tutor. I have recently graduated with a BA from Monmouth University summa cum laude with the highest grade in both of my majors (Fine Art and Education) in January 2011. I am certified to teach art to grades kindergarten through 12, and also hold a substitute license. I also have experience as a lead teacher at a preschool for ages 0 - 5 years. Although I have gone to school for teaching, I am interesting in both long and short term positions as a nanny (cleaning, cooking), caretaker, and or a tutor. I am available to begin working as soon as possible, my prices are reasonable, and I am very reliable.

I discovered that helping others learn was my passion at an early age, and decided to instruct gymnastics and art classes. I continued to teach a younger demographic at a preschool, which helped me to expand my experience. I have had the chance to observe teachers and their classrooms for over one hundred hours. My education has been unique and extensive in that I have studied fine art and graphic design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and continued my pedagogical education at Monmouth University. I am well equipped in all aspects entailed in nanny, babysitting, tutoring, and care-taking positions. In addition, my work ethic is strong, I am dedicated, I like to challenge myself, and I am easy to work with.
