After nannying for our four month old for two months, prior to opening her home daycare, left out of town for 6 days and after arranging a return to work date, quit without notice. Back up care provider, Leanne was never available during this period. Frenzy almost cost us our jobs for time we had to take off and premium daycare expenses.

There are two sides to every story. I do not want to go into the details in a public forum. To keep it simple - I was uncomfortable returning to work for this family as we did not appear to be communicating well or have the same priorities. They were a lovely family, but we were not a good fit for each other.

Jackie is an excellent child care provider. She has been available on very short notice and responds promptly to all requests. She demonstrates a calm and controlled environment even with my 3 ADHD/special needs kids and active puppy. She is well liked by my children. Jackie is a kind, caring individual whom I recommend highly.
