Jacki answered our ad to watch our kids while we were in Beaver Creek from out of town. She answered my ad promptly and I turned down multiple girls wanting the job as I had given her the job. I tried to make contact with her the week of the job with the phone number she gave me. The number was not a working number. I sent her another message on care and she gave me another number to use. I sent her a text and said I would call her upon arriving in Colorado. Once I landed I tried to contact her using the new number, I got her voice mail and left a message to call me. Jacki never called. We made multiple attempts during the day to contact her and finally at the end of the day her phone went directly to voice mail and needless to say she never got in contact with us. Being from out of town I didn't have other choices and she put us in a really bad situation. I tried the other girls that I turned down but they couldn't help us out on such short notice. I had to rearrange our plans during our vacation which involved three different families and was very disappointing. There are too many choices on this site to trust Jacki with your kids.
