Since the age of 13 I have been volunteering for my brother's elementary school as the teacher's helper. I would read to them and watch over while they were in the playground. I also worked for two years for an after school program at an elementary school here in Las Vegas during my junior and senior years in high school. In the program I watched over the kids while they received their snacks, played on the playground or while doing an activity. I have done previous babysitting for a couple hours on occasional weekends. Although most of my experience is being around kids while they are in school, I have always watched them as if they were my only care. I am studying to be an elementary educator, because of my experience in school and jobs I have been around children within the ages months to 10 years. I have the patience and care of having the responsibility to watch over children who are left under my supervision.
