I have raised my nephew due to his father's illness for 14 years. He is going to Syracuse University in the fall on a scholarship. I have coached little league for 5 years. I coached basketball at the Arlington Boys Club as a volunteer for 8 years. Prior to raising my nephew, my ex-wife and I took in a friend's 8 yr old boy and raised him until he joined the U.S.M.C. where he quickly rose to the rank of LT. I love helping children succeed in things they are passionate about.
I am a coach, so sports is my first love, but I have been taking care of children for 34 yrs. I have saved the lives of
several children with quick response, no panic and a lot of experience. I watch them always. I cook, clean take care of pets. I am responsible, reliable and smart. I can fix almost anything and have common sense. My nephew I raised is graduating Catholic Memorial High School in June. He is the head of the youth mentoring and anti-bullying programs at the school. He is also on the basketball team and writes sports for the school paper. I raised him with morals and to strive to always help people first. I raised him alone from the ages of 4-18. I have vast life experience and can do anything. I have a safe, reliable vehicle and references from many people. Children love to learn stress free. I am a coach who does not yell. I communicate with the kids.
