I'm 26 years old and love children and babies. I am naturally a caregiver and have been a full-time nanny for the past 6 years. I love working with children on a daily basis. I enjoy helping them grow, teaching them new skills, guiding them to be loving, respectful, honest individuals and to show kindness and respect to others. I don't like a lot of TV time or mindless technology taking up their brain-space and time that is so common in today's day and age. I believe kids should spend as much time playing, being active, and enjoying the outdoors as possible. I believe that simple life lessons can be learned each day, and that it's very important to have structure and stability in their environment. I have had several previous nanny/babysitting and care giving jobs throughout the past several years. I have been a camp counselor, worked in Head Start, volunteered as a youth group leader for kids and teens of all ages, as well as church school classes. I am currently pursuing my degree in Nutrition, and am taking evening classes. I would love to discuss your needs if you think I could be a fit for your family.
