I was a nanny in the Philadelphia area and also in San Antonio. The first family was for two boys and I did the housekeeping also. The second family was for a set of twins and two other children. I did the light housekeeping and they also had a second nanny. For both families, I took the kids to appointments and after-school activities. I did the grocery shopping for the second family also. I have also been a substitute teacher for the past four years. The third nanny job was for 4 children in San Antonio and they were 9 months, 2, 2, and 6.
