Good morning/afternoon/evening! Thank you for stopping by my profile. Here is a little bit about me. My name is Heather and I have been caring for children since I was about 14 years old. I grew up in a family of 9, so I am used to a lot of kids/people running around. I actually started my first babysitting job caring for 5 children (ages 1-8) which included mealtimes and trying to keep them all entertained for a few hours. I do have some experience with autism and ADHD as well. I was a nanny to two boys (ages 2 and 4) with my mother 3-5 days a week for a year in our home. The youngest has autism and the older one has ADHD. They both took to me very well, especially the youngest. I learned a lot about how to cope with behavioral issues and gained a lot of patience. For the past 2 years, I have been a nanny to twin boys. I began when they were about 5 months old (born premature at 32 weeks). My care included preparing for meal times and snack time, light housework (laundry, dishes, keeping toys and things picked up and put away) and everything that comes with keeping babies entertained and learning/developing properly. I have also babysat a 6 and 8-year-old, girl and boy in the Spring of 2012; we did a lot of outside play and indoor activities. I held a position at a Home Daycare the summer of 2012. My job included caring and prepping food for 5-8 children, ages 0-4, 3 days a week. I am a very compassionate, loving, kind, patient and responsible person with upstanding morals and values. I am confident that I can take on any child, any age and you will be more than satisfied with my efforts. Hopefully I will be given the opportunity to build a relationship with you and your family!

I do have a daughter who turned 1 on Jan. 30, 2013 whom I would like to be able to bring with me. I have been taking her to work with me since she was 2 months old. She is a very good baby/toddler and just loves all the other children. Having experience with multiple children at one time, I have no issues with being attentive to each one's needs and desires. I can assure you your child/children will be taken care of wonderfully!
