Hi, my name is Heather. I am 31 years old, and working with children is what I have always loved to do! I had numerous babysitting jobs in my teens and early twenties, and worked as a camp counselor for an extended year special needs program in Methuen, MA for 5 summers. I also worked for the a school district for 8 years as a paraprofessional, assisting children both with and without special needs, and worked with grades K-8 during this time. Currently, I am going back to school to finish my teaching degree, and I am hoping to find a part-time nanny position with a nice family, so that I can pursue my education while still doing what I love to do.
I am comfortable caring for children of all ages, infants through teens, and my background in education allows me to bring a variety of homework-related, developmental, and behavioral skills with me into each new situation.
