I have had much child care experience and people care, in general. Starting at the age of 10, I had a regular sitting job everyday after school, for 5 years. I did much sitting for several different families during my school years. After high school, I was a live-in nanny for 1 year. Moving to Arizona, I worked in a Christian day care center. I since have had 7 children, our oldest being 21. I have also done in-home care for special needs children and adults. I have worked caring for the elderly, making certain the convalescent home was taking proper care of the woman I was caring for, and also did in-home care for an elderly woman who had severe dementia. I would consider caring for children in my home. We have a safe, clean, large home that is exceptionally child friendly.
