“ I'm the oldest of four kids, and grew up watching out for my three younger siblings. I've also baby-sat for several families in my neighborhood, with children ranging from ages 4-10, as well as for babies in my church nursery from ages 1-4. As a 12-year-old I was also Red Cross Certified in Babysitting, and I've served as a camp counselor for a summer, working with 8-10-year-olds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
