I am currently a student at Southeastern University, studying to become an Elementary Teacher. I have always had a heart for teaching children and have been babysitting since a young age. I started babysitting my two younger siblings when I was 12, and have grown my client base since then. In the town where I attend college, I have a good base of consistent clients that include a family with a 9-month-old and a 4-year-old, a family with two boys under the age of 4, and a family with two boys, ages 8 and 3. I enjoy all types/ages and can always seem to find engaging activities for any child. I love to have fun myself, so I don't mind getting in there with the kids and getting on their level. In general, when I babysit,
I always try to make it a fun, stress free experiences, especially if children are anxious about their parents leaving. I currently work in an after school program and deal with all different types of children there. This allows me to be confident that I will be able to properly care for any child I have the privilege of sitting for, and always look forward to getting to know new families!
