Do NOT recommend Haley as a reliable care provider. She worked for us for about 4 and a half months. Throughout this time, she put us in multiple tough situations and completely took advantage of our generosity. To name a few: - Took 10 days of paid vacation time off in the four months of working for us. Time off always came with no more than an evenings notice requiring my husband and I to scramble last minute finding back up childcare. - Gave her five days paid time off, again with no notice. Again we were nice enough to send her a paycheck that week. - Lent her money to pay for parking tickets and bail out her car after it was towed multiple times (costing almost $3,000) - Generously offered to waive the debt in lieu of a holiday bonus. We assumed that she would respect our relationship enough to honor her one year commitment to us and our children, never expecting that you would even fathom to quit just two weeks later. - Finally, Haley quit on us with absolutely no notice while we were away on Thanksgiving holiday break. I have never in my life been so mistreated by someone that we generously helped out over and over again.
