I am a proud mother to a wonderful and lively 3-year-old boy. I am currently seeking a full-time position with the right family. I am dedicated and experienced for over 10 years working with children of ages ranging from newborn to 13 years of age. My first experience as a private babysitter I cared for a newborn boy and his 1-year-old sister. Over the years I have gained valuable experience working as a child care provider, camp counselor, educator, Home Health Aide and of course as a mother. Working as a caregiver is not just watching kids or babysitting, caregivers take on many important roles in a child's life. When working with children I am in tune with each child and that allows me to understand and better meet their needs. I would describe myself as a responsible, reliable, punctual, tender, loving and nurturing caregiver who will provide high quality excellent care for your children. Children absolutely love the individual attention I give them, and I love to keep them happy but I know it is also important to set boundaries and apply restrictions when necessary. Through my years of experiences, I have been commended by the teachers and parents for my dedication and compassion in working with children. Additionally I have engaged in several childhood development trainings and affiliations that have given me the tools to better serve the children I care for.
