Gloria's philosophy:
My childcare style is base upon what the parent requires of me. I communicate with the parent in regards of their expectations of me. I treat each kid as an individual. Allowing them to express themselves with guidance that is appropriate to age. I'm loving, attentive and respectful to the kids. I firmly believe that we can not treat children like they're adults; but promote activities that are age appropriate social, emotional, intellectual, physical for development.
