Dear Family,

My name is Monique (I go by my middle name). I'm 26 years old. I have been working as a childcare provider for the past 8 years, working with children of all ages (0-17) and love what I do. On my most recent job I worked for the same family (current ages 4 and a half years old and 9) for 5 years and since the kids were going to school FT they no longer needed my help, so I'm currently looking for a FT job, starting in any time.

I'm experienced, energetic, patient, caring and well-organized. I love to do outside and inside activities, such as art & crafts, painting, reading books, going to museums, zoos, frequent trips to the library for story-time, puppet show, etc., singing songs, swimming and anything else so we can have fun!

I currently live in Somerville and have my own car, but sometimes I take the T or bike to work. I do have a driver's license and feel very comfortable driving with kids. I could also provide driving references from my previous job. I'm also very familiar with Boston area.

I'm looking for a FT position of at least 40 hrs a week, although I am also open to discus a PT position. Looking to work with a family in a long-term capacity where I can be part of the family and not just be an employee.
