I started babysitting at 12 years old, for several families, regularly, through my teenage years. I watched children in my church nursery as a teenager. As an adult, I babysat, while raising my three children and a step-child. I stayed home to raise my children as long as I could. I have watched children from birth to teenage years. I ran my cousin's home daycare in Port Orange for a couple weeks (5-7 children), while she was in the hospital having an operation and after having her baby, 4 years ago. I watched a 1-year-old for 3 months Nov. 2011 through Feb. 2012 and a 2 1/2-year-old for 4 months Oct. 2011 through Feb. 2012. I substituted for a neighbor, babysitting a 11-month-old for 2 weeks this July 2012.
