Ghazala A.

I am writing to recommend Ms. Ghazala. She has been our son's nanny for almost nine months now. She started when our son was a year old, and she came highly recommended by our friends (she was their nanny before). She has performed extremely well during this period. She cooks for our son every day, takes him to playground, Science museum. She is very warm and nurturing with him, and I have no worries when he is with her (I was very peculiar about choosing the right nanny, and I must have interviewed 20 different babysitters and nannies). She was very flexible and tried not to disturbed my privacy during the period I worked from home, which can be quite challenging. I am certain she would be wonderful with infants as well, and she is great in nanny share combinations as well (we did this for a while too, and it worked wonderfully until the second child started daycare) This is the summary of her activities at our home: * Supervision and caring for our son * Planning, preparing and serving meals as well as performing other housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, etc.) * Bathing, changing diapers, dressing and feeding infants and children * Educational activities (reading, singing, playing, teaching him how to count, teaching him nice manners:) She always seems genuinely interested in my son's development and progress and presents new ways of capturing his attention and facilitates his learning. In short, Ghazala is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and flexible -- ready and willing to accommodate the specific requirements of your family and your child. I highly recommend her for any nanny position. She will be looking to start with a new family as we plan to enroll our son in daycare in the next couple of months. Marsela
