Hi. I am almost a "senior" myself! Presently I work with disabled adults at a day program as a community trainer. I have worked in this field for over 12 years and I am sorry to say because of the cuts the state has made I am looking to work for a private entity. I love children, and I have worked with children with disabilities as well. I commit to not only caring for, but caring about the people I work with.
I believe I would make a wonderful loving Nanny who gives 100% to my people. I am CPR/First Aid certified and I was certified to administer meds.
Working with children would be a joy. Presently my employment includes weekly music lessons to roughly 70 clients, and art classes as well. I love to get on the floor and play with kids bringing myself to them openly and honestly with the ability to show them how much I care.
I love working in this field because it brings me a real sense of being needed and the return of love and trust is extremely rewarding.
I can provide excellent references if needed. I am prompt, dependable, trustworthy, but most of all, loyal.
I am willing to do more than the average nanny. I am an excellent cook and I have reliable transportation.
I have owned two businesses before I got into this field as a hairdresser/stylist.
