I am 24 and truly passionate about working with children. I'm fun, bubbly, energetic, kindhearted, compassionate, and caring. Currently, I work full time at an in home daycare as a Teacher's Assistant with about 13 children from ages 7 months-5 years old, it is a Montessori based program. Also I worked at an after-school program for 5 years as a teacher's assistant for children, ages 5-11. I have also been babysitting since the age of 14. During that time I have babysat for eight different families with children of various different ages ranging from infant to 13. I have had the pleasure to watch these children grow and reach milestones. Some of my responsibilities over the years have been getting children ready for school and on the bus, driving the children to school and various other activities, keeping them busy over the summer, doing arts and crafts, and playing games. I have also worked with a family where the mother did some traveling and the father left for work in the middle of the night, this required me to sleepover and get the children ready in the morning and to school. For 4 years I was also a summer camp counselor where my duties included supervising children, playing games, doing arts and crafts, and sports. I am CPR certified and first aid trained. As a childcare provider it is my main goal to make sure the kids I work with are safe and content.
