For the last three years, I have baby-sat my nephew on a regular basis. In 2007 I worked at a martial arts academy during the summer camp, where I was taking care of children ages 3 to 12 years old.
Even though I don't have any kids of my own, I love working with kids, because it's a two-side learning process: you teach them good manners, and they teach you honesty and straightforwardness. Most of the time you learn more from the kids than you have ever thought possible. Kids are closer to nature and they still have the ability to listen to their inner voice. They do this with the slightest effort, whereas it may take years of practicing yoga and meditation for an adult to reach the natural state of being again.
