Gail has cared for our two children (ages 1 and 2) on several occasions. We found her on Care.com when we needed a temporary caregiver during our regular nanny's vacation. She has also sat for us on other occasions since then. She has numerous glowing references (3 of whom I called) and was/is extremely loving towards our children. Gail worked for us over a three week period. She agreed to be our full-time permanent nanny and to work three days out of the week while I was at work or taking care of things that need to be done for the family or myself.
