When I was looking for a nanny, I could not have imagined a better fit for our family than Francine. Quite unexpectedly my husband was offered a job in Ohio close to our families so we are going to be moving soon. One of the reasons we hated to go was because we found such a wonderful nanny in Francine. She is so loving and such a competent caregiver to our son (4 months old) and I'm just not sure we will ever be able to find anyone that can replace her! Francine was always great about sending me pictures and videos of him while I was at work. They took walks a couple of times every single day (except inclement weather of course) and she kept him engaged. I never worried that he was sitting in front of the TV or left alone in his crib to entertain himself (unless he wanted alone time which he sometimes does). She reads to him regularly and really is very knowledgeable about caring for children and babies. She often was providing me guidance (only when solicited) that I found very helpful as a first time mom. Francine also comes with two absolutely lovely and well-behaved girls. I initially did not want a nanny who brought her kids with her but after meeting Francine's girls I quickly changed my mind. It's easy to see what a great mom Francine is by looking at her own kids. I felt like our son had three people watching over him and providing him with love and care. The girls also really loved our dogs and walked them every day which was an added help to us. This is a lovely family that was a gift to our lives. Even though we've only known them a short time I am terribly saddened to have to leave them. You'd be lucky to have Francine and her girls in your life! Francine has taken care of my 1 year old son, full time, for the past year. Unfortunately, our family is relocating to Seattle for my husband's work. I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about Francine. She is everything a parent could want for their child. There is not a lazy bone in her body! She is very much into health and fitness, and she has taught our son healthy eating and healthy habits. She is fluent in ASL, and our son can now "sign" what he's feeling since he's not yet able to express himself verbally. She takes him on playdates, walks, to the playground, and every day he is worn out and tired because he has had so much fun. You never have to worry about Francine sitting on your couch all day while your child watches TV- that would NEVER happen under her watch! Francine is always punctual and she drives a very safe and reliable car. She is polite and courteous. She helps around the house when needed, and she has felt like a part of our family. Her daughters are natural built in playmates for my son, and they have encouraged him to advance in his toddler skills. This family is so patient and loving. My son initially started in daycare, but when I met Francine, I knew she and her daughters were the perfect people to take care of my son. I trust her implicitly, and she is very responsible. My son absolutely adores her and smiles from ear to ear every time she walks in the door. Francine has cared for our 3 children (3, 10, and 12) for over a year and a half now. Francine is caring, reliable, and very good with children. Our younger daughter spends every weekday with Francine, and everyday we come home to a happy child. Francine is also extremely reliable. She arrives promptly at 6 a.m. each morning and has never taken an unscheduled day off. Over all, we highly recommend Francine as a nanny and caregiver.
