I am a retired professional person who is seeking part time employment, who is working part time in different positions. It is my opinion, that I have the necessary skills to be an excellent, effective and professional caregiver for a individual for the following reasons; (1) I have raised one daughter who is a professional person and (2) assisted in the raising of three other female persons who have become professional also. Additionally, last year when my mother became ill, I took a year off to care for her until she passed away. During my year of caring for my mother, I planned, organized and executed her care with medical physicians - doctor's visits, consolations, appointments, etc; physical therapy personnel, social workers, visiting nurses, etc. I successfully and effectively cared for her until passed away. These are the reasons that I think I have the expertise, skills, abilities and capabilities to care for others. I also have office and professional skills.
