I am passionate about being a positive influence on children's lives and impacting children's learning process through playing, creating, talking, and exploring. Every child needs encouraging people in their lives to expose them to new activities and fun learning experiences.

I recently graduated from SJSU in Communication Disorders and with a minor in childhood development.

I have worked with children of different ages and abilities at after school programs and early childhood classes for a recreational center for over 6 years. At after-school sites, I lead enrichment activities and helped first and second grade children with their homework. With the therapeutics department, I lead a small group of children with Autism in appropriate play activities and social recreation. I am CPR, First Aid, Epi Pen, and AED certified and have a commercial license (Class B, passenger endorsement) with car insurance.

I have 2 years of nanny experience with two school-age twins with autism and typically developing preschool and kindergarten children.

I am very active and enjoy engaging children in indoor and outdoor activities. I like to play basketball, soccer, football, tennis and dance. Other outdoor activities I like include bike riding, rollerblading, and running. When indoors, I enjoy interacting with children while engaging in board games, Lego and puzzles. I am very artistic and enjoy leading art projects, including jewelry making, painting and airbrushing. I like to incorporate learning experiences in every activity and encourage each child at every opportunity.
