My name is Esperanza I am the oldest of 4 children in my family. I am from Connecticut, however, I am a full time student at Lasell College in Auburndale, MA, and live on campus. I am majoring in Hospitality & Event Management, and have a minor in Psychology. I have been helping my family with my younger siblings since I was 6 years old, and I have been babysitting since I was 13. Not only have I babysat for my siblings, but I have also watched other children, and I am currently employed at a daycare on campus, as a Teacher's Assistant. I work in classrooms with children from 3 months to 5 years of age. I have 3 dogs at home and I love all types of animals. I am a part of my school's Activities Board and I help create some of the major events that my school hosts. I do not have any specific care-giving philosophy, but I am open to follow any specific rules or philosophy that my employer might have. Due to my experience with children of all ages, I am comfortable with caring for basic medical needs, such as First Aid and I am also not squeamish of things such as spit up, blood, or other bodily fluids.
