I have extensive experience babysitting children from 6 weeks to 12 years. I began babysitting when I was 12 years old and cared for children in their home on a regular basis from that point through high school.

After high school, I babysat every chance I got over the summers and missed spending time with children when I was bogged down with school work during the year. During college, I worked as a camp counselor for three summers a YMCA, working specifically with 7 to 10-year-olds.

After graduating from college in 2011, I was a temporary nanny for a family in the Philadelphia area before moving to Europe for a few months. Upon my return in January 2012, I became a full-time nanny for a family with a toddler and an infant. I worked for them for about eight months, and enjoyed every moment of my time with the girls.

I left my full-time position to move to the Graduate Hospital area of the city and begin my MA in History. During the past year, I babysat part-time for an infant (now a toddler!) for the entire year. I have also worked occasionally for two separate families with newborns (6 weeks when I started). The family I have been working for regularly is moving this summer, and I am hoping to build a relationship with a new family.

I am currently searching for a full-time position this summer. I am available beginning May 13th through the first week of August. Next fall, I would be open to continuing with a family part-time. I have extensive experience and absolutely love spending time with children of all ages.
