I have been working with children for a little over 14 years. I am an early childhood and elementary certified teacher. I am also able to provide help in academics, as well. I started off as a mother's helper and then advanced from there. I have baby-sat for families while the parents have gone out to dinner on the weekends, and during the week while parents are at work. I have also traveled with a few different families on vacation, as an extra set of hands. I do overnight care, as well. I am training to become a postpartum and birth Doula, at this time. I hope to be finished with my training by the late Spring of this year.
I love working with children and teaching them new things. Children should be able to explore the world around them, with their caregiver giving them the support and knowledge they need, to become independent and build confidence. While in my care, your children will be safe, happy, clean, fed and encouraged, to just be a kid!
