I have had 15 years experience working with children. I have been a professional nanny for 5 years. I have an early childhood development and child psychology background. I worked with special needs kids for 10 years and offer respite services to families in the local area. I do light housekeeping of the children's quarters only. Some cooking and children's laundry as well. I refuse to jeopardize the safety and well being of a child for housework, but will ensure a tidy home and the children's quarters to be maintenance free. My regular hours I work are no more than 10 hour days and one 30 minute break to eat lunch. I ask for extra compensation if the family needs me to stay for extended hours, vacations, and overnight stays.
