Hi! My name is Erin. I've recently moved into the city from the suburbs, where I lived for the past 20 years. I was a full time nanny for a family in the western suburbs. I am currently looking for employment near my home now in Chicago.
The family I worked for had two children, ages 8 and 6. My duties included preparing meals and snacks, supervising/helping with baths, helping with homework, transporting the kids to and from school and play dates, also extra curricular activities such as piano, swimming and tennis. I also had house hold duties such as straightening up the house, loading and emptying the dishwasher and doing the children's laundry.
The children and I enjoyed using our imaginations and being creative while playing. We had a lot of fun! Also at the same time, I understood the importance of their safety and so as a nanny I do my utmost to make sure that they are safe.
Here is a little bit of information about me. I am a very kind and caring person. I come from a family of 5 girls and have strong values and morals. We've always had family pets and now that I am on my own I have my own dog named Dolly. We love going for walks. I love to write and I am gifted artistically. I hope to start college classes in the near future to pursue my dream of becoming an architect.
