Erika is fabulous! We hired Erika after I had my first child 7 years ago. She is naturally such a wonderful care giver. Erika was amazing taking care of my daughter, engaging and proactive. Erika was the one to teach me how to use all the complicated baby bottles. My daughter loved her. The only reason she is still not working for us is that she moved to Indiana....and I was sooo sad to see her go. A family... More
