I recently relocated to Texas for graduate school in January to get my Master's degree in Social Work. I hope to continue working with children and families through a children's hospital or an adoption agency once I get my degree in August or December 2013.

Since the age 16, I have been working with children through child care facilities, volunteering in my local community, working at social service agencies, babysitting and nannying.

With lots of experience with children, I have developed a great passion for working with children and families. I prefer working directly with families through babysitting because I like being a part of the children's family. I find being around children to be the most rewarding experience one could ever have. I enjoy teaching, playing, and encouraging children to be respectful, fun-loving children.

After graduating from college in 2010, I worked as a preschool teacher at the National Naval Medical Center, followed by 8 months as a personal nanny. I was recently an intern at an elementary school in Baltimore and now an intern at Sam Ministries.

I look forward to helping families with their children whether through occasional babysitting, or more consistent nannying. I hope to work with a family who trusts me with their children, however is able to communicate openly and honestly about their expectations.
