* Non-Smoker/Non-Drinker/No Drugs

* Clean Driving Record, Valid VA state license

* US Citizen

* Animal lover (as long as your furry friend smells clean)

* Very good health. No medication, diseases, mental issues, or otherwise

* Very Tidy with a clean-as-you-go mentality

* References, work, childcare, and character, all available upon request

* Will undergo criminal, drug, and background checks willingly

* I have my own apartment (for convenience's sake, you could drop your child off at my place if needed)

* Available Monday-Friday and weekends when notified in advance. Regardless I am flexible and will work around your schedules.

* Mature, very energetic and enjoyable to be around.
