I have been caring for children since I was able to play with toddlers as a mother's helper as a young kid. As I grew, my responsibilities grew and soon I was old enough to begin babysitting for family friends and eventually for other families. As an 8th grader, I trained with my guidance counselor to be a tutor for 4th graders, some with special needs (ADD, ADHD, and Autism) and continued to work as a tutor for these kids until my graduation from school. I also worked as a student aide, helping kids with special needs take tests. I absolutely love working with kids as I find it extremely rewarding. Helping kids learn and watching them grow is a priceless opportunity for me.
