I have been a child caregiver for 10 years. The age range I am most familiar with ranging from infants to children 11 years of age. Most of my experience is in a home care setting, although I did work in a formal daycare for 2 years where I was responsible for 10+ children at any one given time. Not many people have the ability to connect with children that aren't there own, but for me, I have been able to do that since I was a small child myself. I have extensive knowledge of children's behaviors and needs and I love being able to share in the joy that each and every child brings to a family.
