Hi there!! I am a recent graduate from Ohio University where I received a bachelor's degree in hearing speech and language sciences and a minor in Psychology. Growing up I was fortunate to have a nanny who thought outside of the box and kept me and my siblings active. We were always learning and having fun. I like and wish to be the same type of sitter/nanny. I absolutely love kids and know that working with them is my passion. Throughout my college career, I worked at a Child Development Center where I assisted the teachers in nap, lunch, and creative thinking time as well as other activities throughout the day. I have worked with teachers in all the classrooms so I am comfortable with all age groups. Before college, I had a lot of experience baby-sitting for numerous families. During high school I worked as a life guard for 5 years which also included coaching the mini swim team for children under the age of 5. After college I worked at a non-profit child development center for a year as a preschool teacher. I am currently employed at a residential Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Center for women and children where I am a child care provider.
