I was the assistant director of the Germantown Children Center (ages varied from 2 to 12) when I lived in Maryland. My duties involved overseeing the children, helping with educational activities, providing food and supervised lunches, and finally, overseeing the children's exercise and recreational activities. I also was a camp counselor for children 2 to 3 years of age. During this time I aided with their swimming lesson, developed and carried out indoor and outdoor activities, and created fun meals that were both nutritional and healthy. Finally, I was the caretaker to a good friend's autistic brother (15 years of age) until I moved to the Boston area.
