Growing up my mother did daycare. I was constantly surrounded by children. As I grew older my mother gave me more responsibilities regarding the kids. I enjoyed feeding the kids, playing games with them outside and reading to them before nap time. I also taught at a dance clinic for five years which included girls preschool-eighth grade. At the beginning of my high school career I baby-sat for quite a few of the families in which my mom provided daycare for. The only reason I stopped baby-sitting was because I became involved in team sports through the high school, limiting my after school schedule. As a senior in high school I taught drug education to sixth graders twice a week.
