Hello! My name is Emily. I have recently graduated from Ohio State and I am now living in West Chester. My major was Human Development and Family Science and my minor was Psychology. I have taken courses in family studies, infant, early, and middle childhood development, children in groups, parenting, children and families under stress, family therapy, and other similar courses. Although my profile says I have six years of paid experience, I have 11 years of paid and unpaid experience. I was a camp counselor for two summers, a Sunday school teaching assistant for four school years and one summer, a tutor for kindergartners and third graders, and have been babysitting since I was 11 years old (I am now 22). I have experience with children of all ages (infants to preteens). I love children and do all sorts of different activities with them (within safety limits and parents' boundaries of course!) Because of my education, past jobs, and flair for working with kids, I feel I have the knowledge, experience, and skills to give your kids quality care and a fun time.
