Hello! I'm almost 19 (June14). I have an older brother, an older sister, and many pets growing up, some of which had special needs/diets, (dogs, cats, fish, frogs, a sugar glider, hamsters, and guinea pigs). I'm currently pursuing a degree in either Civil or Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa. During the school year (8/1-5/1) I live in Iowa City, Iowa, but I come home for the summers to my parent's house in Geneva. I've previously attended summer camp for the past five years where I was able to form a friendship with the younger campers as we supervised them during activities. My CPR certification is two years out of date, but I am still certified in general first aid. I enjoy cooking, baking, and being outside. I have never been a smoker and I have my own, safe transportation (small SUV, 2009). I've watched children, ages 3-7, previously, and up to four dogs at a time. Growing up I had babysitters come to watch me and my siblings every now and then. They were so great that I still keep I contact with them today (we have the biggest laughs about our adventures we had). I hope every kid can have that much fun and a comforting relationship with a trusted adult while their parents enjoy some alone time.
